Caterpillar India is a subsidiary of Caterpillar Inc., USA. Cat engines and generator sets are manufactured in a certified world-class facility of Caterpillar, located at Hosur (45 km from Bangalore) which sprawls over 32 acres of land with advanced manufacturing facilities such as CNC machining centers and computerized testing. The facility currently produces engines and package generator sets ranging from 200 kVA to 2000 kVA, which deliver consistent performance in some of the world's most demanding conditions. Caterpillar generator sets are packaged at the state-of-the-art packaging facility, with load banks and twin bed, sound treated test cell with paralleling facility in the test cell.
